I am reading a great book entitled " An Altar In The World" by Barbara Brown Taylor a great tome that speaks to this topic...let's stop and pay attention to what God is really telling, teaching and showing us! And I totally agree with your statement "Sometimes our daily, microscopic busyness and negativity gets in the way of His plan." Everyday we have to make a conscious effort to die to self and live according to His plan! I mentio...I love this and how timely it is for me. I mention timely because of where I am in my life right now I am also led to put together a "To Stop Doing List", not exactly under this title,but a list just the same. Last year my life was so full of change and along with those changes I became a new woman and I love that. This is what led to me to a "Stop Doing List", because you can't change unless you opt to stop doing some things! Thanks for your sharing your list and I wish you well on your "To Stop Doing" list. Here are a few of mine;
1. Stop disrespecting my temple (body) with what I eat and drink. I want to make the right choices until it becomes the natural thing for me to do always!
2. Stop being so fearful of change knowing that God has my best interest at heart.

MeredithAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5772016934387211267.post-15156262500563120452011-04-20T20:37:02.956-07:002011-04-20T20:37:02.956-07:00Thanks for your comment Meredith, since your list ...Thanks for your comment Meredith, since your list is nice and short I hope you aere making great progress.
